Greek I

Course Features
This course will focus on the basics of Greek grammar, including spelling (orthography), word forms (morphology), and sentence structure (syntax). It will also cover common vocabulary found in the New Testament. Students will practice with selected readings from biblical and non-biblical texts to better understand and apply these grammar rules. In the first century, people learned Greek naturally by hearing and using it daily. Since it’s now a dead language, this course takes a more structured approach, focusing on memorizing word forms and sentence patterns to understand and use the language effectively.
